The fiery spices of India are combined with cooking methods of Chinese cuisine and added to these elements are Thailand's own special ingredients such as coconut and lemongrass, galanga, fish sauce and curry paste all of which result in the exciting flavours so typical of our distinctive cuisine. Thai food is very healthy with fresh vegetables, served raw or partly cooked playing a predominant part, with fish and chicken being more important than red meats. Thai People always pay great attention to the presentation of their food serving each dish with a flourish. All our ingredients are fresh and each dish is cooked especially for you.
