Starters:
1. Gai Pad Sauce
Crispy chicken cooked with a light sweet and sour sauce and served with seasonal vegetable pickle.
2. Peek Gai Tod
Crispy chicken wings served with a sweet chilli sauce.
3. Cee Krong Moo Ob Nam Pueng
Tender ribs cooked slowly with honey and special Thai herbs and served with vermicelli noodles.
4. Nua Yang Satey
Skewered char-grilled beef with home made spicy sauce.
5. Tao Hu Satay (V)
Skewered char-grilled bean curd with home made peanut sauce.
6. Poh Pia Tod (V)
Deep fried spring rolls filled with stir fried mix vegetables and clear vermicelli noodles.
Main Courses:
7. Gai Cong Kruang
Chicken breast cooked with seasonal vegetables and topped with garlic and oyster sauce.
8. Gai Pad Prik Sod
Stir fried chicken with fresh chilli onion and leek in a tangy suace.

9. Moo Pad Prik Khing
Stir fried pork in red curry paste and cooked with green beans, lime leaves and ginger.

10. Moo Pad Prik Thai Dam
Stir fried pork with garlic, black pepper and spring onion.

11. Pla Sam Rod
Crispy fillet of fresh salmon topped with fiery chilli and pineapple sauce.

12. Pla Nam Tok
Crispy fillet of fresh red snapper, reminiscent of the North East traditional recipe of herbs and spices, with an accompanying spicy sauce.

13. Massaman Lamb Toon
Mild roast lamb curry with coconut milk, potatoes and peanuts.

14. Pad Kee Mao Lamb
Stir fried lamb with fresh chilli, mixed vegetables, baby sweetcorn, whole basil leaves and Thai aubergines.

15. Nua Pad Cha
Stir fried beef with spicy Thai herbs, onions and mixed peppers.

16. Nua Toon Yod Pak
A tasty roast beef base with Thai green leaves and topped with oyster sauce.

17. Kouy Teau Pad Kee Mao Goong
Stir fried spicy, thick rice noodles with tiger prawn, green beans, baby sweet corn and whole basil leaves.
18. Pad See Aew (V)
Stir fried fresh rice noodles with garlic, egg, broccoli and mange tout.

19. Kao Pad Hed
Stir fried rice with mushrooms.
20. Kao Pad Monsoon
Special fried rice with egg, carrot, onion, pineapple, spring onion and dried ground herbs.
Vegetables:
21. Pad Pak Choi Nam Mun Hoi
Stir fried Chinese leaves with oyster sauce.
22. Kwuang Toong Fai Dang
Special fried mix of Thai leaves cooked in a high heat wok with garlic and light soy sauce.
